Apparently...
it's officially SPRING.
So no more snow....
we have lots of rain now.
and we have just changed to summer time this morning
i feel as if they have cheated me off 1 hour of sleep.
and i'm reall happy cos on thursday
i start my 8 days holiday and on saturday morning
the bf and i would be flying "home" to france.
yes i losely call his home my home now.
because we will get married.
i don't know when
he keeps wanting it to be when we're like 40.
i always say
"okay . we'll get married when we're 40.
i just hope that you'll treat my kids are your own."
he asked me where i want to get married.
he said that it'll be weird if we get married here cos all our friends and family are like in asia.
i said that
"IF YOU GUYS ARE TRULY MY FRIENDS. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO AFFORD A LOUSY PLANE TICKET TO THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF MY LIFE."

or i'll just make richer friends from now on lol.
he said that i was being very realistic lol.

okay before my mushyness begins...
it was snowballing just now!
yeah i said snowballing. not snowing...
because it was as if tiny men have launched a snowball attack from the sky.
and if you're thinking
"it's call HAILING, stupid."
no it's not.
cos it wasn't tiny ice pieces.
it was tiny snowballs.
so there.
anyways.
if you hate me being all mushy and gushy about my bf.
don't read this post.
so a few days ago i got
kinda sick.
not officially sick
but the pre-fever
kinda feeling
thank god i didn't get fever.
i was having a headache, throat pain and my whole bleeding body was aching.
and i had to work!
my boyfriend came over and took care of me <3 <3 <3
he cooked for me
and made me eat meds.
he even put me to bed
and i slept the whole day.
from like 1 pm on sunday till the next morning cos i had to work.
of course i woke up in between to eat some stuff
like medicine.
he even carried me to bed <3 <3 <3.
and then he came over again on monday to bring me medicine.
okay i'm done gushing.
and feeling real happy...
aside from slightly sick.

*note:something crappy happened today.
my boss told me that i can't take my full 1 week holiday with my bf
cos that week falls on easter.
which is a holiday for the restaurant hence all staff get off work
except for the poor interns.
in short:
we have breakfast duty.
at least i still have 5 days in france
The restaurant was full yesterday.
and with full.
i don't mean full.
but overflowed
during our busiest time.
these two people came
and when we told them that the restaurant was full.
they decided to eat in the lobby.
which means that on top of what i have to do in the restaurant,
i have to bring table cloth, napkin,bread plate, glasses, cutleries AND bread to the lobby for them.
okay so it's part of my job
they are hungry.
i'm not blaming them.
my boss took the order
and when the main course came, i served them.
the lady took one look at her dish andsaid to me in a semi-indignant-haughty way
"i can tell that that's not well done"
and i replied:
"would you like me to change it for you ma'am?"
I thought:
Oh for pete's sake...if you're really hungry you can eat it. Seriously, african descendant? think of the kids in your country"
anyways i took her meal back and told the chef EXACTLY what she wanted.
"very well done" a.k.a "bien bien cuit"
and when i took it back later
(mind you we were still full)
she looked at it.
sniffed
and said
"okay,i will TRY to eat it"
as i turned to leave
she asked ME TO STAY AND WATCH HER EAT IT.
just to make sure that she can.
thank god i didn't try to poison her.
she made this big show of putting it to her lips, pulling it away and making a face.
i tried to look really sorry and said
"it is alright?"
but what i really wanted to say was
"OMG. just eat it already. how the hell did you get so chubby if you do that for every damn meal?!
of course, we waitresses are very good
at acting.
so we don't show what we asre thinking inside.
for example.
in the morning when people ask me for cappucino.
(we have to make them manually)
i say of course, no problem

Yeah so Lil V is jobless.
she flew back to china today
Serena moved to an apartment near the train station with her friend
Sis ? moved to another apartment too
and i hear uncle got sacked as well.
and he has found a new internship for his "service" internship.
he's going to be a chauffeur.
don't ask me.
i don't know.
so he's gonna move out as well.
it's just gonna be Chubby and me i guess.
maybe Glion IS a good hotel management school afterall lol
i'm kinda glad that the girls moved out.
at least the toilet would be cleaner for a while
without all their hair and gross stuff.
they don't even pretend to be clean
i shower in the guys' toilet cos THAT'S how dirty the girls are.
and the toilet is forever flooded
because they don't know how to use a shower curtain.
i'm gradually turning into my mother.
at least i'm already thinking like her.
i'm just not saying it out yet
cos then i'd really be my mother.
on the working frontier.
Maria took a 8 days break.
so i didn't get a break for that long.
it was driving me nuts cos i guess i was getting so freaking tired.
i did something utterly stupid on saturday
i messed up the bread order form.
instead of ordering 10 PIECES of complet BREAD
i ordered 10 PACKETS of TOAST.
thank god the director likes me.
