i receieved 20 over birthday messages on facebook

from loadsof people i didnt expect to get one from.

i'm so touched *does lip trembling face*



but because of this sucky connection,

it will now take me a year to reply all of them

which means that by the time i'm done...

i'll have to start all over again



at 21.

the only thing i feel different.

is that i seem to have lost a little bit MORE of my imagination.

so here i am to share with you someone else who seems to have a lack of imaginaion

Mr. Fraser Brunner

he is the guy who designed the Merlion

for those of you who don't know what the Merlion is.

it's basically the mascot of Singapore

for those of you who don't know what Mascot or Singapore is...

you may now dig a hole and put your head in it.



ANYWAYS.

it's this imaginary creature with the head of a lion

to represent Singapore also know a Singapure ALSO knowns as "lion city"

(for the lion city story you need to check it yourself online)



and the tail of a fish

supposed to represent the fact that Singapore used to be a fishing village



SO being an imaginary creature, it has to be created from IMAGINATION right?

i mean you wouldn't IMAGINE a horse and call it a deercow.

cos you know... kinda like head of a deer and legs of a cow.



so why the hell are we calling a SEAL a merlion?
