this post may come a little late but Happy Belated Birthday to everyone who can finally celebrate their birthday properly after having birthday dry spell of 3 years lol.
went to zouk for some event today.
i went cos christine had to go to write a report on the event or soemthing like that
cos she's works for this ad company
the point is to promote Singtel or something.
when i asked her whether she had to report in a biased way she said that "it's just like blogging"
however i think she has to say something positive regarding singtel.
i'm just glad that i'm not the one doing the report
or else it'll probably be something like this :
(pardon my language, english was never my strong subject, just like some people seem to have a way with language, i seem to have a wall with it)(FYI: whatever i write is purely made up, to take everything with a bucket of salt)The Event (because i have no clue what the event was called)Calling it an event may seem to be an overstatement, since nothing eventful happened at this function. The first hint would have been that the event was supposed to lasts from 10pm to 12pm. Just as long as it takes the siberian lynx to eat a pineapple which would be in no time at all since that's not part of its diet.Highlights would be the free alcohol, free chocolate and seats which could be easily found on the account of the event being rather uneventful. but to be fair, i really have no idea what the point of the function was, so maybe it did a really good job in promoting whatever that was. Although, that itself would aleady be an oxymoron as it wouldn't be a good job since i still don't know the point of it.... Ah, how i love to mess with the minds of people. My positive thing to say about Singtel would be that i really loved their ipod touch promotion thing. Judging by the reaction of my friends, i reckon that either it was a mighty success or, they've gone broke supplying ipods.I really don't see the point of this event since everybody knows what Singtel is, being one of the only telecommunication companies in singapore. Bottom line, i admire your spirit for promoting this event, but i'm unlikely to come again.yes i'm a mean bitch. lol
on a more serious note, on my way home i saw like the police ,or wohever they sent, searching "foresty" areas near my house for the terrorist.
now my imagination is running all over the place wondering what would happen if he claws his way up my condo block and starts staring into my room. i know he's not batman, but he did claw his way out of prison. you know. i'm just saying...
